  • Please click on the “Find Flatmates” button and chat to June (Muster’s bot) about your preferences so she can show you the most ideal options for you.

  • Click on the “List a space” button and Muster’s June will guide you step by step through the process. Listing a property takes less than 3 minutes to complete but be sure to have good quality images of the space at hand.

  • Yes, our insurance partner; Allianz Insurance offers home insurance cover to members of the Muster community at a discount to the original price. It is important to note that having insurance saves you from future heartaches and protects you from unwanted liabilities that may arise from disasters.   • To schedule a property viewing, please click on the schedule-viewing button at the top right of the chat page. You must have started a conversation with a host (property owner) to agree and schedule viewing dates and time.

    To schedule meet-ups, please click on the schedule-viewing button at the top right of the chat page. You must select one of the pre-set locations as your meet-up location. The locations list includes a carefully selected list of public locations where private conversations can be held.

  • Communicating and paying through Muster and Muster RentPay helps ensure that you're protected under our Terms and Conditions, Payment Terms & Conditions, Cancellation and Refund Policies, Flatmates Guarantee & Protection, Insurance Programs and other safeguards we have put in place for your protection.

    Communicating or payment outside of Muster also makes it harder for us to protect your information and puts you at greater risk of fraud and other security issues.

    Report suspicious messages and transactions.

    Never pay for your rent outside of Muster. If someone asks you to pay for a space outside Muster’s secured RentPay, it may be for a fraudulent transaction and you should let us know immediately.

  • Click on the heart symbol to indicate your interest in any property. Then, click on the message button to message the Host via our secured chat page. You should discuss your expectations in a flatshare, reservations, house rules (if any), utilities etc. On the chat page, you can schedule to view the property at you and the other party’s convenience. Once, you are okay with what you’ve seen, you should click on the “Make Offer” button to make an offer on the property. The next steps are for the host to accept your offer, you pay your first rent instalment and move in to your new space.

  • Your wallet on Muster is literally like your physical wallet. Funding your wallet gives you access to June Coin (Muster currency), which you can then use to get message units (you need this to start new conversations like airtime) and other exclusive services on Muster. Paying for services on Muster helps us run our platform and offer services like 24/7 customer support.

  • Once the host (owner of a property) accepts your offer, an invoice will be automatically sent to you with a payment link. Click on the payment link on the invoice to make rent payments.

  • You will be notified immediately your offer on a property is accepted and will receive a payment link to complete the payment. Please review the invoice and make payment so you can receive your tenancy contract and move in to your new space.

  • All you have to do is answer 9 questions from June and click on ‘Generate” to download a full, comprehensive tenancy contract between flatmates or between landlord and renters.

  • Sometimes, some users delay responding to messages. This rarely happens and should it happen to you, kindly notify our helpful customer support team and we will contact the user directly to facilitate speedier responses.
